Had an excellent Meeting on Tuesday, September 13, with Florida's Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Atwater. Holland and Knight hosted great meeting, with Joe Goldstein, Hugo Arza, and Rick Perez, hosting. We told the "Chief" about the local building industry and its impact on the economy, how the international buyers are helping reduce inventory (condos); Niche markets for builders are the thing: either you are enormous and bring your own money, or you are nimble, small and ready to turn around on a dime and get the job - whatever that it.
